The Technology Strategy Board will launch a competition for £10m of funding on 2nd November 2009 called Informed Logistics. Expression of Interest closes 10th December 2009.

Technology Strategy Board are running a free Informed Logistics applicants’ briefing day in London on the 10th November 2009. It is strongly advised that you attend this if you are thinking of submitting a project.   The day will explain in detail the application process.  The location of, and how to fill in the application forms, pitfalls, financial and general guidance to the process. The opportunity for consortia building and project guidance will be given in the afternoon by the KTN.

The Informed Logistics scope can be downloaded from the KTN website www.its-ktn.org.uk.   The ITS KTN ran a series of sandpit workshops earlier this year to write the Informed Logistics scope. Members can login to our website to download the reports from our workshops that supported the development of the scope of the Informed Logistics competition. These documents contain “Nuggets of Gold” for project ideas and the background to the Informed Logistics Scope.
