The rapid updating of energy supply networks over the coming decades, required to enable sustainability and energy security, will demand new ‘smart’ solutions based on developments in information and communications technology. This event will bring together researchers and experts in energy networks and in relevant areas of ICT to explore the prospective technologies and research directions in this vital area.
