This meeting plans to tackle the next 4 priorities as decided at the first PMM SIG meeting.
These priorities are:
1. Prioritisation: Customer demands vs Market requirements
2. Open Innovation & Crowd sourcing
3. Pricing
4. Cover both product and service management
Like the previous session, the format will consist of 2 tables each discussing two of the topics - then swapping to allow all attendees to discuss all topics.
We will also be discussing how to best use the PMM SIG ning community site.
Registration for the meeting is 3.45 for 4pm start, and tea, coffee are available upon arrival.
