Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies are used for automatic identification and data capture covering a wide range of industries from manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, healthcare security and the Offshore Industry. This one-day seminar/workshop will look at the RFID technologies that are available today and the potential future product developments.
Whilst there are many high-volume applications for electronic ticket, passport or security purposes, RFID technologies are also being widely deployed across many industries for asset management, tracking and control solutions. These solutions are now applicable to a much wider range of businesses and the number and range of RFID technologies are growing each year as companies realise the benefits of using them to improve manufacturing efficiency, manage assets and save time and money.
ITF and EDTC Technology Gateway will take a proactive stance in helping the output from this workshop become a reality.
