Improving Scotland’s international performance and integrating our international activity will be key to growing our economy in the future.

To focus this debate and Scotland’s efforts and energies to ensure we maximise our international competitiveness, SCDI and Scottish Development International are organising a one day conference on 1 September 2009.

This working event will examine Scotland’s current position in the global community, share and exchange best practice in international trade and business development and provide practical, experienced based information and support to help Scottish businesses grow their international trade business.

As well as a having the opportunity to learn from a range of expert speakers, the conference will provide the opportunity to network with over 200 business delegates from a range of sectors of the Scottish economy.
