TickITplus is the new standard which replaces TickIT, the established quality certification for software development.  TickITplus adds a new dimension to the existing scheme, combining industry best practice with International IT standards. It provides ISO 9001 accredited certification with a Capability Grading for all sizes and types of IT organisations. In addition it will promote Auditor and Practitioner competency and training within established qualification standards.

Improving Scotland’s international performance and integrating our international activity will be key to growing our economy in the future.

To focus this debate and Scotland’s efforts and energies to ensure we maximise our international competitiveness, SCDI and Scottish Development International are organising a one day conference on 1 September 2009.
