Specialist areas include: IT development strategies; Requirements analysis and specification; IT procurement support; Software project management and Quality systems to ISO 9001 and ISO 9000-3 TickIT. Software Implementation Services Development of software solutions to meet the specific needs of clients: Database applications (principally SQL Server, Access, MySQL and Oracle); Local/Wide Area Network solutions; Customised manufacturing solutions; Internet/Intranet technologies and eBusiness solutions. Cygnet Solutions operates under a number of Government and EU aided schemes and is able to attract grant support to assist eligible Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with the cost of consultancy and software projects. Flexible Working Solutions Provision of tailored solutions to support the 'distributed workforce' i.e. the use of secure Internet access; hosted applications; virtual private networks (VPNs); IP telephony and other relevant technologies to support a workforce operating across multiple offices or working from home. |
