We are a growing and consistently profitable organisation, committed to building a business based in Scotland and with additional, impressive infrastructure investments planned for 2009 which will further strengthen the resilience and scalability of services to all of our clients.

Our core business is providing Internet access, server hosting and web application development for business customers through our national, multi-Gbit/s network that links our Aberdeen, Edinburgh and London points of presence.
For many clients, we’ve become an extension of their own in-house IT department. For these clients we provide not only broadband and leased lines but also dynamic web and data based application development, WAN, VPN, WiFi networks, on-line video conferencing and web-based e-learning applications.

Well supported
We do not rely on call centre support. All of our services are managed and supported by our in-house Technical Support team based in Aberdeen. We take real pride in customer service with over 80% of all support queries resolved within five hours. Each support request is assigned to a single member of the team who is responsible for that query until it has been resolved to the client’s satisfaction.
