ScoLocate’s IT Managed Services are about first-class management practice.

Our use of tier one Enterprise Systems Management (ESM) tools means that we are able to offer customers fully managed services encompassing the whole of a customer’s core business IT systems. These services include availability monitoring, capacity planning, predictive fault handling, third-party maintainer management, patch management, IT security services and many other activities ordinarily undertaken by an organisation’s own IT department.

Colocation Services

ScoLocate’s Colocation Service enables our clients to site their business–critical servers in a secure, resilient, highly connected Data Center. Whilst doing so ScoLocate’s clients are safe in the knowledge that they are being administered to, 24 × 365, by ScoLocate; Scotland’s premier support team. This in turn enables ScoLocate’s clients to focus on their core business objectives and derive further business benefit from their infrastructure.

ScoLocate offer three types of colocation space; open floor space, caged environments and ultra secure private vault space.

As a carrier neutral Data Center, ScoLocate’s multi-carrier connectivity provides network and service independence, delivering complete choice, control and resilience.

ScoLocate believe that a carrier neutral environment is critical where corporations, ISPs, ASPs, SSPs and others need to form an eco-system unencumbered by commercial bias towards one network. ScoLocate’s carrier neutrality provides our clients with the flexibility to work with multiple carriers providing better geographical spread for connecting client locations to ScoLocate.
