• Knowledge of and experience in the implementation of commercial oil and gas agreements;
• Experience in allocation of both oil and gas from multiple fields and from multiple delivery points for each product;
• Substantial expertise in systems integration including interfaces with PI and other production data historians;
• A proven and pioneering capability in the design and implementation of systems that utilise XML for data transfer and communications;
• Leading knowledge of hardware and software platforms including Java and Oracle;
• A leadership role in the provision of web-based systems;
