FPSG Connect has been established via a Management Equity model spun off from the award winning First People Solutions Group, one of the UK’s leading recruitment consultancies; a Company with two appearances in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 in 2007 and 2008. FPSG has always been renowned for its partnership approach and outstanding delivery capabilities across diverse markets.

For over 10 years FPSG has traded under a single brand entity growing organically and through acquisition across the UK providing permanent, contract and temporary services from start ups to corporate customers alike.

It was decided to create a new future for its employees and key management team whereby the diverse operating divisions would become standalone entities being managed and developed in ways which reflected their specialist markets and entrepreneurial culture.

We believe the services to our customers and high standards that we expect will go from strength to strength. Our customers will now have specialist stand alone brand in FPSG Connect, that can support them with flexibility and speed of decision making whilst safe in the knowledge of support from a large group organisation.
