CIVIC to lead Scottish Government app and web development framework
The Scottish Government has compiled a supplier framework for the provision of web applications, web development and associated services, with ScotlandIS members, CIVIC being appointed in a lead role.
The ‘high value’ three-year-contract sees CIVIC appointed to take the lead role in bringing the consortium together with the aim of offering value-for-money services for the Scottish Government, and is a separate framework from the digital roster on the Marketing Services Framework, which CIVIC is also part of.
As well as the Scottish Government, work will also be undertaken for its associated departments and agencies, as well as Non-Departmental Public Bodies. CIVIC will work alongside Logica, User Vision, Rapid Mobile and Company Net as part of a consortium in leading the framework.
