FreeAgent named Vendor of the Year at the Software Satisfaction Awards 2011
Online accounting pioneers, FreeAgent, have won the coveted Vendor of the Year title at the 2011 Software Satisfaction Awards (SSAs). The Edinburgh-based company was one of 25+ finalists at the Awards organised by Sift Media.
The Vendor of the Year Award is presented to the company that clearly shows its commitment to involving customers in new product development, as well as providing excellent customer service and satisfaction. The company believes its open communication style, investment in customer support and continued commitment to enhancing the product all combined to convince the judges to award FreeAgent the title.
One of FreeAgent’s customers, Andy Will from Plockton Brewery, said: “In all my time, and it is considerable, working with companies online I have never before met such a helpful and timely support organisation. I feel I want to buy into FreeAgent just for the help they provide. I would like to congratulate them all and thank them.”
FreeAgent has been a consistent winner in the SSAs for the last three years, collecting the Best Newcomer Award in 2009 and winning the SME Accounting and Finance Software Award last year.
