IDOX acquires McLaren Software
IDOX plc document management software specialists, and supplier of software and services to UK local government has acquired McLaren Software, suppliers of enterprise scalable engineering document management and control applications.
McLaren's customers include many leading international and global Owner Operators and EPCs in asset intensive industries including; Oil & Gas, Utilities, Life Sciences, Mining, Transportation and Process Manufacturing.The company will operate as a subsidiary of the IDOX Group.
