Lumison BlueSquare Acquisition of DediPower Managed Hosting Services Ltd
Lumison BlueSquare Group is delighted to announce the expansion of the business through the acquisition of DediPower Managed Hosting Ltd.
The Group will now be able to provide customers with enhanced Managed Hosting and Cloud Services to add to our existing presence within the Managed IT Services market.The acquisition is part of our continuing investment in the business to increase the depth and breadth of services available to customers. DediPower brings a wealth of additional experience in Managed Hosting, Colocation and Cloud Computing Services to add to the key strengths of the Group in Managed IT and network services.
What does this means for customers?
Following the acquisition, the company will have strengthened its current position in the market with enhanced capabilities, scale and a wider range of services available to our customers. We remain wholly committed to providing first-class service and support to our customers.
The business now owns eight datacentres in five locations across the UK. Customers can now benefit from increased capacity, choice and flexibility in relation to their needs in data storage and Managed IT Services.
The business is going from strength to strength and we are looking forward to welcoming the team at DediPower into the Group. The addition of DediPower to the business will consolidate our position as a leading player in the Managed IT services sector. We are looking to build on our success, offering compelling propositions in Managed IT services for the mid-market, and anticipate further growth for 2012 and beyond. The Group will remain focused on providing practical, cost-effective solutions to our customers’ business IT issues.
Going forward, a plan is in place to integrate and manage the business under a single, unified brand identity and we will keep customers updated on further developments in the coming months.
