New Scottish Web Newspaper Needs Your Stories

'I'm one of the journalists involved in the launch of a web newspaper. (Okay, I know it's not a 'newspaper' if it's online, but there isn't yet a neater description of what we're doing.)
At the moment it's going through a process of soft launch so I can't give out too many details. But I can say that all the journalists are veterans of the Scottish press and you may well notice a few familiar names.
As some of you may remember I was the technology editor of The Scotsman, responsible for the weekly 'Interactive' supplement. The stories I'm interested in are ones that will be comprehensible to an educated audience which isn't made up of techies. That includes covering issues such as funding for development as well as announcements of new products and services. My focus will be on Scotland, but technology is global so I'm not going to be tied by national boundaries. So if you come across something interesting I'm happy to take recommendations.'
