Student employability - seeking your views
The University of Dundee is conducting some research in to student employability and is seeking employers views The aim of the research is to establish what value is placed on students carrying out personal development planning (PDP) and critical reflection. They are asking students, alumni and employers to fill in a short questionnaire to share their views.
Personal development planning is defined as 'a structured and supported process undertaken by an individual to reflect upon their own learning, performance and/or achievement and to plan for their personal, educational and career development'. As an employer, they are particularly interested in what your thoughts are with regard to the value you place on PDP and critical reflection.
