eSquiggles assists Chardfm in winning eBusiness award
Chardfm, a key user of eSquiggles, has been announced as winner of the e-Business Award during the 2009 Premises and Facilities Management (PFM) Awards. This award was based on a technology integration project which ‘joins up’ the key systems Chardfm has invested in, including the eSquiggles data collection software, FSI CAFM system, Northgate vehicle monitoring tracker system, Direct Call telecoms platform and the Veecom Systems mobile platform. This integration project is key to the Chardfm strategy for ‘connected fm thinking’ and innovative, customer focused FM service provision.
eSquiggles is the market leading data collection and mobile working software developed by Pulsion Technology. eSquiggles Business Development Manager Drew Wotherspoon was delighted to accompany Chardfm’s Managing Director Iain Murray on stage to collect the award. Iain Murray comments, “Chardfm is a reasonably new company and a key focus for me was to have the infrastructure in place which would streamline our total FM service provision. The partnership behind this project was put together in just a month, and the system was ready to go live in just over three months. We are delighted to have received this award and look forward to working with our key partners on future phases of the project.”
