Cooper Software, the fife-based ERP systems integration specialist, has announced that former Deloitte Partner, Mike McGregor, has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Since joining Deloitte in 1994, Mr McGregor has advised some of Scotland’s very best high growth, owner managed and private equity-backed businesses. He is also a Non-Executive Director of software company Particle Analytics Ltd and has been a Non-Executive Director of the Scottish Institute for Enterprise Limited (SIE) since 2009.
Commenting on Mr McGregor’s appointment, Cooper Software’s Chairman, George Elliott, said, “We are delighted that Mike will be joining Cooper Software, bringing a wealth of experience and significant market knowledge to the business. We believe he will offer much added value to our strategic plans as we look to grow the business and strengthen our position as a market leader in the delivery of cloud based ERP systems, products and services.”
Mr McGregor commented, “Cooper Software has established itself as a key player in the provision of ERP solutions, consulting and support services to a wide range of clients across a diverse range of industries. I am looking forward to working with the Board and the management team to grow and build the business and help the company realise its full potential.”
