Sign up now for IDP15 electric vehicle competition event & webinar

KTN is hosting an event and webinar to outline the scope of the Integrated Delivery Programme (IDP15) competitions.  The funding is split into up to £2m for feasibility studies and up to £4m for a single, large research and development programme.

To find out more, sign up for our webinar or event.

  • 20 September - webinar covering the competition scope.  13:45-14:45.  Register here.
  • 26 September - Sunderland event.  Register here.

IDP15 is a multi-million pound investment by the Office for Low Emission Vehicles.  The project will help to develop research and technologies that accelerate the transition to zero emission vehicles.  The government's Road to Zero strategy has set an expectation that by 2030 at least 50%, and possibly as many of 70%, of new car sales and up to 40% of new van sales will be ultra-low emission.  Progress on the transition to zero emission vehicles has increased in recent years, thanks in part to investment projects like IDP.

For any business involved in electric vehicle and low emission research, development, innovation or manufacture, or those within the electric vehicle supply chain, attending the webinar or event is highly recommended.  You will hear from Innovate UK and KTN, receive details of the competition scope and, for those delegates attending an event, be able to network with key organisations in this sector.  For those attending the event in Sunderland on 26 September, you will also hear details of the next round of the Faraday Battery Challenge innovation competition and hear about opportunities for the chemical supply chain in battery manufacture for electric vehicles.
