Event Details

So, we’ve made the move to remote working. You think you’re fine, you do this all the time. It’s not unusual for you to be working at home with the tv on in the background and dog barking. You can cope.

But it’s maybe two weeks in now. There are no visits to the café/pub/shops to give you some human contact. The schools have closed so if you have them, this is a whole new normal trying to work and watch them.

You’re keeping in touch with coworkers on skype/zoom/facetime but you’re really feeling not being part of the team. You’re not sure what everyone else is up to.

You are not alone. Pretty much everyone is in the same boat.

We’ve got experts lined up to help you and your colleague, with solutions on keeping teams together, staff morale and everyone working cohesively as a team.

Scott Newby is a mental health first aid trainer and will give you the toolkit to save your own sanity and keep your mental wellbeing in check.

Join us on Tuesday 31st March at 11am to help yourself and your colleagues.
