Taranata Group is delighted to announce the promotion of Lyle Ritchie to Director: Permanent Recruitment, Taranata Group – Head Resourcing & Change Digital.
Lyle steps into this expanded role after successfully leading the Head Resourcing Talent Solutions offering. His team provides permanent Technology, Digital and Transformation recruitment solutions, talent advisory and consultancy services to clients across the UK. At Head Resourcing, Lyle has played a central role in building the company’s Head Talent Solutions proposition, strengthening strategic client partnerships and driving sustainable growth across key markets.
In this new position, Lyle will extend his leadership to include Change Digital, a specialist technology recruitment brand within the Taranata Group. Change Digital is a team of highly experienced recruitment consultants, supporting clients across the UK with permanent and contract talent across Cyber, Data, Cloud and Digital.
Lyle’s appointment reflects Taranata Group’s commitment to investing in leadership that will accelerate the next phase of Change Digital’s development. His focus will be growing both brands, developing our differentiated offerings and enhancing collaboration in line with the Group’s objectives.
In addition to driving more value to Change Digital’s current and future clients, Lyle will lead the expansion of the Group’s value-add services, including Virtuoso, Validify and consultancy support delivered through the Hanya Partners team.
