Gold Accreditation For Appetite For Business

Aberdeen-based technology consultancy, Appetite for Business (Appetite), is delighted to announce it has been awarded the status of gold accredited learning provider for the 9th consecutive year by the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI).

As a UK-based Microsoft 365 business change consultancy operating globally across a range of sectors, including energy, Appetite has been providing a people-first approach to support organisations in driving effective use of Microsoft 365 suite of products.

Recognising Appetite’s commitment to high quality and performance improvement in the provision of learning, development, and training, LPI granted its gold accreditation, the pinnacle of achievement.

This places the company at the forefront of business excellence as a technology provider to the learning and development industry and is a further endorsement of its position on quality of service and innovation.

LPI accreditation is the globally recognised quality mark for providers of learning products, technologies, services and facilities. With a rigorous process, providers are required to demonstrate a minimum KPI score of 75% across all sections, including client-endorsed case studies and telephone-based references.

Appetite has retained a consistent excellent KPI score for client integrity, corporate integrity, CSR, learning consultancy, self-study content, service/product roadmap, people development and business stability.

“We take a holistic approach to designing and delivering tailored learning solutions for our clients,” Sheryl Newman, chief executive officer at Appetite, commented.

“We are routinely innovating and developing new and exciting ways for people to engage with learning.

Hard work from the whole team, constantly building and delivering great products and services, and our continuous customer-centric approach have made this accreditation possible.

In an increasingly competitive marketplace and against a backdrop of COVID-19, which has been extremely challenging, our customers and partners can be assured we continue to strive for the highest standards across all aspects of our business.”
