Cyber Essentials accreditation for IT Managed Service Providers

ScotlandIS are pleased to announce that we have secured funding through the Scottish Government to be able to allow your organisation to achieve Cyber Essentials (CE) or Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) accreditation.

This fund will be distributed to IT Managed Services companies, allowing you to access up to £1000 to secure CE accreditation or £5000 as a contribution to secure CE+ accreditation (Terms and Conditions Apply).

You must be an IT Managed Service provider based or registered in Scotland to be eligible for this fund; the fund will only cover new applications and not renewals.

Those aiming to achieve CE accreditation will have until 1st October 2022 to complete the process, while those working towards CE+ will have until 1st December 2022.

Get in touch with Nicola Taylor for further information or start your application process here:

We will offer this grant on a first come, first served basis.

To complement your improved accreditation, we will be running a series of events for our ITMS community over the coming months, and would be interested to hear what topics you would like to see covered in these sessions.

Feedback from our previous roundtables in Edinburgh and Aberdeeen was that they were highly informative and would be useful to be held as a frequent event.

As a provider, we see you as a catalyst and influencer within the supply chain and encourage your participation with improved accreditation through this grant scheme.

Should you require any further information please contact Nicola Taylor – nicola.taylor@scotlandis.com.
