The European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) and eurobits e.V. – European Competence Centre for Information Technology Security (Bochum) have the pleasure of inviting you to the 8th Cyber Investor Days, taking place on 30 November – 1 December 2020 in Bochum, Germany.

Despite the challenging times, the most promising European cybersecurity startups and SMEs will have a chance to pitch their innovative solutions and hold B2B meetings with the leading investors and corporates from Europe and beyond.

8th Cyber Investor Days will be organised as a hybrid event, allowing physical (in-person) and virtual (remote) attendance. Participants will receive further information closer to the event date.

The last edition of the ECSO Cyber Investor Days took place on 13-14 May 2020 and was organised as an all-virtual event. It proved to be a great success – the record number of investors and corporates attended the event, around 150 virtual B2B meetings were held.

PROGRAMME

30 November 2020 – Afternoon workshop for investors (physical and virtual). Investors will be invited to attend an exclusive afternoon workshop, aiming to discuss the European cybersecurity funding and the concrete strategies for strengthening investment activities in the EU. Investors from Europe, Japan, Israel and the United States are expected to join the workshop.

1 December 2020 – Pitch sessions and B2B meetings (physical and virtual). The day will start with the pitch sessions of the pre-selected European cybersecurity startups and SMEs, as well as participating investors and corporates. After the pitch sessions, the B2B meetings will follow. The catalog of the pre-selected startups and SMEs will be shared with the investors and corporates before the event. The B2B matchmaking platform will be available to schedule the meetings before the event.
