Event Details

Join this session as part of Cyber Scotland Week 2021.

Edinburgh Napier University’s Graduate Apprenticeship (GA) programmes allow employers to develop new and existing staff through a fully-funded university degree in BEng (Hons) Cyber Security. GAs are a highly cost-effective way for employers in Scotland to bridge Cyber skills gaps, attract and retain top emerging talent, improve productivity and diversify their workforce. They are available to employers of any size in Scotland, have no upper age limit and there are no fees to pay for employers or apprentices.

In this event we will be interviewing one of our current Graduate Apprentices, Elizabeth, who is studying for a Cyber Security degree while working as a Security Analyst at Quorum Cyber in Edinburgh. You will get the opportunity to hear more about her experience so far, how she got into a Graduate Apprenticeship, day-to-day activities, benefits, challenges, and why you should get involved as an employer or apprentice. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

This session provides a great opportunity for you to better understand how Graduate Apprenticeships work in practice and how you can utilise the opportunity to grow and develop Cyber skills in your business.
