SMEs across Edinburgh and the Lothians can now tap into funding to provide upskilling and reskilling opportunities for their staff through Edinburgh College and the Flexible Workforce Development Fund.

For the first time, the fund is now available for both levy payers and SMEs, across the private, public and third sectors.

SMEs can apply for up to £5,000 worth of training for their teams, while levy payers (companies which employ approx. 120 staff or more) can continue to access up to £15,000.
