Event Details

As part of the Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2022 Productivity Club will be delivering an online Club in collaboration with Skills Development Scotland.

Scottish Apprenticeship Week shines a light on the vital role apprenticeships play in supporting people, employers, and the economy.

At Productivity Club, we know that young people can bring new energy and skills to organisations, unleashing productivity. At the same time, businesses investing in the young workforce will help Scotland retain talent, benefitting local economies.

There is no better occasion for inviting an employer who is investing heavily in an apprenticeship scheme to present a successful case study. We will hear from Highland Motors Ltd, a good example of a small, rural business who are investing and developing their staff with 4 apprenticeships.

We will also hear from Michelle Denoon, Employer Engagement Executive at Skills Development Scotland, about support for employers interested in knowing more about apprenticeship opportunities.

Speakers: Owen MacKenzie, Apprentice, John MacKenzie, Owners at Highland Motors Ltd; Michelle Denoon, Employer Engagement Executive at Skills Development Scotland

The session is interactive with group discussion, Q&A session and networking opportunity.
