The Challenges Group is delighted to offer a practical online leadership and management workshop in partnership with the SCDI Productivity Club.  In this workshop we’ll look at the management challenges enterprises face and how better managers and leaders can increase staff engagement, productivity and organisational resilience.

The mission of the Challenges Group is to maximise enterprise potential, to deliver extraordinary impact.  We want to help equip enterprises with more confident, better trained managers and leaders to run more resilient organisations. We know it’s hard to find the time for training and reflection when you are busy in your business.  That’s why we’ve come together with the SCDI Productivity Club to offer this session.

During this session we’ll talk about the current challenges enterprises are facing and how you can adapt and support your teams. We will also explore how peer-led management and leadership training can increase staff engagement and retention and lead to better-run, more resilient organisations delivering greater impact.
