We know how important taking a break from your laptop is for your physical and mental health, and some of the best ideas and brainstorming can happen on the move.

Join the ScotlandIS team for a walk around Linlithgow loch on Wednesday 15th May; for those that live locally or fancy jumping on a quick train from Edinburgh or Glasgow, we’ll be meeting at White Dove Coffee near the train station between 12-12:15pm.
