The quarterly S.E.L.F grouping provides a forum for software engineering leaders, CIO’s and CTO’s across the Scottish tech sector to share ideas and explore common challenges. The meetups also provide opportunities for informal mentoring and potential opportunities for joint working.

At this session we will be joined by speakers who will highlight some alternative ways of accessing talent. We will be joined by:

• Speakers from Glasgow Caledonian University who will cover Graduate Apprenticeships including module innovation around Dev Ops 
• Speakers from Auticon who provide high quality careers in the IT sector for autistic adults and will highlight how to access this talent pipeline
