This session kicking off at 6pm on the 13th of May at ONE Tech Hub will take a conversational approach, bringing together an Operational Lead and a Tech Lead to share real-world perspectives on what authentic leadership looks like in practice—along with the challenges and lessons learned along the way.

Supported by practical insights and frameworks, we’ll explore how to lead with confidence, stay true to your values, and navigate different environments. We’re also pleased to welcome input from the Chair of Scotland Women in Tech, offering a broader industry perspective (and exciting news about the SWiT award nominations and the new Women Do Boards programme).
