Women In Tech Aberdeen is delighted to announce its upcoming collaborative event titled “Networking Tips”, facilitated by Stacy Edghill, Founder and Managing Director of Hibiscus Media.

This event promises an evening filled with insightful discussions, networking opportunities, and the chance to meet like-minded women who are making significant strides in the Tech industry. The Women in Tech Aberdeen events series is going from strength to strength, with women from across the North East keen to advance their careers and improve their skills.

“Feedback from our community members requested opportunities to develop their networking skills, so we are delighted to be providing this opportunity to work with Stacy,” explains Jana Vidis from IFB and the event organising committee.

“We know that the idea of networking and feeling intimidated about situations where you’re speaking to people you don’t know is a feeling that many people experience. But we also know that sometimes truly magical things can happen from networking and engaging in conversations with people that you might not normally talk to. This event is the perfect opportunity to glean tips from an expert and practice your new skills in a safe environment,” shares Women in Tech Aberdeen committee member Caroline Lauresnon.

Attendance at the event is open to all women interested in technology, regardless of their level of experience or background, with tickets are available at £12 each.

The Women in Tech Aberdeen committee are keen to open up this event to students and early career women, therefore tickets are being sold using a buy one gift one model.
