Head Resourcing have now joined ScotlandIS, The Scottish Government, Scottish Digital Academy and Sopra Steria in supporting the initiative.
Since its launch in January, the new “Empowering Women to Lead Digital Transformation” Programme has been quickly gathering momentum and support from partners across the public and private sector. Head Resourcing have also been announced as the “People Partner” for the Programme’s first cohort, running from April – June.
The Programme aims to build a collaborative and powerful community of emerging women leaders in digital transformation roles across all industry sectors and is supported by a panel of the sector’s most influential figures including The Scottish Government’s Head of Digital Transformation, Joy Bramfitt-Wanless, Karen Meechan, the acting CEO at ScotlandIS and Sopra Steria’s Director of Citizen and Devolved Government Services, Mags Moore.
Commenting on the announcement of the partnership, Head Resourcing’s Head of Talent Solutions and Senior Appointments, Anna Knight said “Being the People Partner of ‘Empowering Women to Lead Digital Transformation’ is something we are incredibly proud and passionate about. The Programme is designed for emerging and potential women leaders in digital transformation roles in organisations across the public, private and third sectors.
The deadline for nominating candidates to take part in the April-June cohort has been extended to the 17th of February and further information on the Programme, along with nomination information, can be found here.
