Beyond Blue is the first sponsor announced for the ScotlandIS Cyber Showcase.
Bringing together Scotland’s frontrunners in new cyber solutions with prospective investors from across the UK, the showcase programme will see a series of Scottish cyber businesses undergo mentoring and 1:1 coaching ahead of an event where they will pitch to investors and industry buyers in Edinburgh on 24th November.
Beyond Blue partner with clients to tackle their most complex cyber and resilience problems and specialise in assisting and advising boards and senior management, with first-hand experience dealing with the unique challenges cyber and resilience poses for leadership.
Beyond Blue is acutely aware of the demand to see new solutions enter the marketplace.
With over 60 years’ experience of advising and working at the highest levels of government, financial institutions, and critical national infrastructure, Beyond Blue deliver innovative, tailored approaches that enable clients to effectively manage the dynamic landscape they operate in.
At their core Beyond Blue pride themselves on supporting cyber resilience, and with cyber threats intensifying, their sponsorship for the innovation-focused showcase will help ensure the growth of Scotland’s cyber pioneers – to shape the future of the cyber security landscape and improve resilience.
Founder at Beyond Blue, David Ferbrache commented:
“Really looking forward to the event. It’s a great opportunity to showcase the best of Scottish innovation – but more importantly to help connect people with great ideas with investors and business ready to help realise those dreams.”
ScotlandIS expects that the showcase will connect growing businesses in the Scottish cyber community to the investment and industry contacts they need to get to scale. Thanks to funding awarded to ScotlandIS from the UK Cyber Cluster Collaboration (UKC3), ScotlandIS will work with several innovation partners to deliver the showcase programme and event, which includes Plexal, who currently run a number of DCMS-backed, UK-wide cyber innovation programmes, such as Cyber Runway.
