Private equity-backed Air IT has announced the acquisition of managed service provider and ScotlandIS member, SoConnect.
This latest move establishes a regional hub for Air IT in Scotland and further increases its share of the UK SME market.

Supported by August Equity, Air IT has acquired thirteen businesses to date. SoConnect is its first one in Scotland.
