The European Space Agency (ESA) intends to invite proposals to investigate the technical and economic feasibility of space based applications that can pave the way to post-COVID recovery in vertical sectors.
ESA anticipates offering 100% funded contracts of up to €150,000 in support of at lest one of the following sectors:
- Transport
- Healthcare
- Sanitation
- Energy
- Tourism
- Agrifood
- Education & Training
- Real Estate
- Safety and Security
Note applicants are requested to obtain a Letter of Authorisation from their respective(s) national delegation(s) prior to submitting a proposal.
ESA envisions that the competition opens on 2 July 2020 (tentative).
Deadline 10 September 2020 (tentative).
