PODfather relocates HQ as part of growth strategy

Edinburgh software specialist, PODFather, has relocated its HQ at the Gyle to Haston House, leasing 8,296 sq. ft of second floor office space in a 10-year agreement. The deal will allow the company to grow its 48-strong headcount by about 50%.

Starting life as an electronic proof of delivery tool, the business now offers a variety of functions designed to replace paper processes with a digital application.

Its solutions have been used on projects such as Crossrail, Borders Railway, Glasgow’s Shieldhall Tunnel and the M25 motorway-widening scheme.

Colin McCreadie, managing director, said: “Haston House will give us flexibility for growth. We have significantly added to our team in the past year and this will continue across 2019.”

Property consultants JLL acted on behalf of landlord Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust (SREIT) while FT Linden acted on behalf of PODFather.
