The Government Digital Services (GDS), part of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), have published a survey on the opportunities for public sector data.
DSIT want to hear from you about the public sector data you need to grow, innovate and deliver better services. Whether you’re developing AI products, conducting research, or looking for data to improve your operations, your input will directly influence which datasets the government may prioritise making available.
This is your opportunity to tell the government:
- Which existing public sector data would help your work;
- What new data government should be capturing, and;
- How government can make data easier to find.
The survey takes around 15 minutes. If you opt in, you may be invited to contribute to more detailed engagement in 2026.
