The UWS Centre for Continuing Professional Development have launched their Annual Skills Survey in a bid to pinpoint existing skills gaps across a variety of sectors.
Building on their 2025 survey, the UWS CPD Team are keen to further understand where the workforce needs additional expertise to meet industry demands and respond to technological advancements.
In previous years, the survey has targeted employers only, but this year, employees are invited to be a part of the growing conversation around skills.
Two surveys have been developed to explore key areas of interest, including the future of work, organisational adaptability and motivations for undertaking CPD.
Each survey will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete and are entirely anonymous.

Results will be published in a publicly available report in May 2026.
