Catch up on ScotSoft 2023

This year we combined the Developer and Leadership Forum’s for the very first time, meaning we had a packed agenda of around 30 speakers with all sessions available to technical and business professionals.

We kicked off the day with Google extraordinaire Jon Skeet’s fascinating opening keynote, with our second keynote, cybersecurity prodigy David Colombo, entertaining everyone with his ethical hacking insights in the afternoon.

Other highlights included gaming industry veteran David Jones’ insights into current gaming trends and how these will (or won’t) help drive and define the Metaverse, Professor Michelle Williams gave a really fascinating talk on AI and machine learning applications in healthcare, while Professor Eyad Elyan’s entertaining session was a thought-provoking look at the balance of opportunities and challenges within the use of artificial intelligence.
