After our first one in Linlithgow as part of #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek, we realised how enjoyable it is and how it’s a great way to connect with members when we’re in different parts of the country.

We know how important taking a break from your laptop is for your physical and mental health, and some of the best ideas and brainstorming can happen on the move.

Wrap up warm and join our COO Nicola Taylor and Skills Lead Fiona Thomson for a walk along Aberdeen beach on Wednesday 9th October; we’ll be meeting at Promenade Cafe on the esplanade at 12 for 12:15pm.
