Event Details

An estimated one in four people in the UK experience pregnancy or baby loss. With the majority of these losses happening to people who are of working age, it’s an issue that deserves much more recognition and support from employers.

For this live-streamed conversation, we are joined by two women who have suffered their own loss and who, as a result of that experience, have become passionate advocates for change.

They will explain the challenges that an employee might face when they come back to work, what managers and colleagues can do to make this easier, and how employers can develop better frameworks of support and policies to help those who experience baby loss.

Our Panel:

Daria’s work is helping to shape the central Bank’s culture, leading the way for other companies to do the same. The Bank won the Working Families’ Fertility and Pathway to Parenthood award in 2022.
